Who is eligible to participate in this promotion?

All non-Muslim residents in Malaysia aged 21 years or over are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and Contest agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible.

How can I participate in this promotion?

To participate, Participants must buy EIGHT (8) cans of the Participating Products at the Participating Outlets in a single receipt during promotion period, to redeem ONE (1) unit of Connor’s X Doubleback exclusive cap (“Gift with Purchase”).

How do I participate if I purchase via E-Commerce?

Purchases made on Carlsberg Official Store on Shopee will receive the Gift with Purchase (GWP) delivered together with your order by the platform’s delivery partner.

How do I submit my entry to participate in the contest?

You can submit your entry by scanning the QR code printed on the Promotion in-store Point of Sale materials or by logging on to https://can.connorsstout.com. You will then need to fill in your name, IC Number, Mobile Contact Number, Address, Receipt Number, and submit a proof of purchase (Receipt).

What is the Gift with Purchase (GWP)?

Each successful redemption qualifies you for one (1) Connor’s X Doubleback Exclusive Cap.

Is there a limit to the number of redemptions per participant?

Yes. Each participant is limited to 3 redemptions per mobile number and unique IC number throughout the promotion period.

When will I receive my gift?

Once verified, the GWP will be delivered to the mailing address provided within 60 working days from confirmation.

For participating outlets, where can I find the receipt number?

The receipt number is typically found on your purchase receipt. You will need to input this when submitting your entry online and retain the original receipt for verification.

What information must be visible on the receipt?

The receipt must clearly show the date of purchase, outlet name, product, quantity, and receipt number. Unclear, torn, illegible, duplicate, or incomplete receipts will be disqualified.

Can I combine receipts to qualify?

No. All 8 cans must be purchased in a single receipt to be eligible.
